A hydrogen peroxide plasma decontamination system is used in an autoclave.

In this current scenario, there has been a shortage of medical supplies, especially of protective equipment. The price of the N95 masks and their high demand created a shortage in the supply.

As a countermeasure, we came up with an alternative solution to enable their reutilization. We are talking about a decontamination system that exploits the synergism between hydrogen peroxide and gas plasma in an autoclave through a STERRAD sterilization system.

The procedure was developed in the United States with the approval of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

How does the service work?

We take care of everything: from getting the contaminated materials from the site, to placing them in individual Tyvek pouches for their decontamination, and eventual return – in individual packages – to the customer’s site.
